What happens if I move or sell my house?

Taking your charger with you

If you move house, you can take your charger with you and have it installed at your new property.
To do this, you'll need to arrange for a qualified electrician to uninstall the charger from your current home and reinstall it at the new address. Once the installation has been completed, we can update the charger's location in our system for you.
Simply send us an email with the following information:
• Your name
• The email address associated with your charger account
• The charger's serial number
• The new address where the charger has been installed

Once we receive these details, we'll update the charger's location and ensure everything is set up correctly for your new home.

Leaving your charger at your old house

If you decide to leave your charger at your previous property for the new owner to use, we can remove your account details from the charger so it can be claimed and set up by the new owner.
To arrange this, simply send us an email with the following information:
• Your name
• The email address associated with your charger account
• The charger's serial number
Once we receive these details, we'll unlink the charger from your account and prepare it for the new owner to register and use.
